Space in our workshop is limited and we rely on your attendance to make important arrangements and logistical preparations. We recommend that all participants purchase trip cancellation/travel insurance that covers workshop expenses and non-refundable travel costs.
The $250 tuition deposit is non-refundable beyond a 48-hour grace period on new registrations. If you have second thoughts about participating in the workshop within 48 hours of your registration, we will refund your payment, less a $100 processing fee.
The full tuition balance for Dark Paris is due by or before May 1, 2019. Paris Writing Workshops reserves the right to cancel reservations for registrations that are not fully paid by this date.
In the case of cancellation more than 90 days prior to the start date of the workshop, we will refund 50% of the payment. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to the start date of the workshop will result in no refund. Under special circumstances registrants who need to cancel can petition to transfer paid tuition a future year (minus a $100 administrative fee).
No refund or transfer of any fees will be made for withdrawal after the workshop begins.
