Three Paris Writing Workshops students were honored in the latest BEST WOMEN’S TRAVEL WRITING anthology, including 2023 Advanced student Emma Morrell, whose Qatar essay “Shifting Sands” was a main selection, appearing alongside such writers as Susan Orlean, Roxane Gay, and Marcia DeSanctis.
Two Paris-themed essays that were workshopped in our Paris class appeared in the “More Stories We Love” section, including 2024 Advanced student Rebecca Levenberg’s “From Where I Sit,” and 2022 Advanced student Margaret H. Wagner’s “Picasso’s Paris Pigeons.”
