Space in our workshop is limited and we rely on your attendance to make important arrangements and logistical preparations. We recommend that all participants purchase trip cancellation/travel insurance that covers workshop expenses and non-refundable travel costs.
The $250 tuition deposit is non-refundable beyond a 48-hour grace period on new registrations. If you have second thoughts about participating in the workshop within 48 hours of your registration, we will refund your payment, less a $50 processing fee.
The full tuition balance for all 2023 writing workshops is due 90 days before the start of the class in question. Paris Writing Workshops reserves the right to cancel reservations for registrations that are not fully paid by this date. Any cancellations within this 90-day window will be honored by transferring tuition credit to a future year (rather than a refund).
No refunds or transfer of any fees will be made for withdrawal after the workshop begins.
