Lauren Grodstein is the author of the national bestseller We Must Not Think of Ourselves, a Today Show Read with Jenna pick. Her other novels include the New York Times bestseller A Friend of the Family and the Washington Post Book of the Year The Explanation for Everything. In her many articles and essays, she’s written about — among other subjects — adopting her daughter from China, her abiding love for Delaware, and failing a tryout for Playboy.
